I have always enjoyed grooming cats since I started in 1993. They are unique, wonderful, and remarkably intelligent creatures, each with their own personality. They can also be challenging at times, requiring patience and understanding.

At The Fuzzy House we provide professional cat-only grooming—no barking dogs—so your cat can relax in a calm, cat-focused environment. We treat cats differently from dogs and tailor each groom to your cat’s coat type, temperament, and individual needs. Our services include bathing, deshedding, mat removal, haircuts, sanitary clips, ear cleaning, and nail trims.

We use a slow, gentle approach and only push as far as your cat can comfortably handle to minimize stress. Grooms are normally done without sedation. If sedation is needed you have three options:

• you can give an oral sedative prescribed by your vet prior the appointment

• your vet can administer an injectable sedative (which requires appointment coordination with The Fuzzy House)

• you may decline grooming.
